Group Sessions will consist of up to 10 male survivors of sexual abuse plus one qualified counsellor and one support worker.  Nothing is expected from anyone.  You do not have to talk or participate.  We don't expect you to disclose what happened to you, but in time we hope you will learn to trust us and share those issues with us.

By sharing experiences you can break secrecy, defeat isolation and overcome feelings of shame and guilt.

Are you ready for a Recovery Group?

Do you have the ability or willingness to engage in supportive relationships?

The ability to recognise that a group may be frightening?

Some awareness and knowledge of your abuse history and the belief that it has had some impact on your life (even if you're not sure how)?

A willingness to learn about yourself and what happened?

Compulsive behaviours and addictions under control?
