Sarah's Law calls for a range
of measures to curb and control paedophiles and
give parents the legal right to know the identities of serious
child sex offenders living within their community.
Although progress has been made, calls for public access to the
sex offenders register have been IGNORED. STILL thousands
of perverts are on the loose in Britain. STILL we are not
allowed to know who they are.

Protection Against Sex
Offenders
If the behaviour of a
known sex offender is causing concern in your community, the
police can apply to the magistrates' court for a Sex Offenders
Order. This type of Order protect the public by
prohibiting the defendant from doing specific things (e.g.
lingering outside a school or in a playground). It lasts
for at least five years. An offender who breaches the
Order can face a penalty of up to five years imprisonment.
Contact your local police station if you have any concerns.
Our Own Survey
We strive to provide the best
and most comprehensive professional services to our client.
Please take a few
minute to complete our survey. We hope the information
we collect will not only help us, but also give other agencies
nationwide a chance to improve provisions. We will also
use this information to lobby government and statutory bodies to
give more support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse. |
